  i actually work there. and yes we have lines out the door but me and my co workers make it so ther is no longer than a 5 min wait our hams , Turkey breast and sandwiches are A1... perfect. come in and enjoy

  I normally go to the Honeybaked in Ferndale and I love it. This was the first and most likely the last time I will go to this location. The girl who made my order had ZERO customer service skills. She didn't greet me at all. I sat there waiting to place my order for over 5 minutes after the previous customer left without her even telling me that she would be with me shortly. She made NO eye contact with me when she was finally ready to make my order. She was very rude and rolled her eyes when I told her what condiments I wanted on my sandwich. I would have been ok with everything, considering we all have a bad day, but once I got my sandwich and started eating it, it was awful. The bread literally cut the roof of my mouth because it was so stale. I would have gone back and asked for a replacement, but the girl at the counter was so rude that I didn't trust she would make it right the second time either.
